Pine Acres Miniature Farm LLC operates a mobile petting farm featuring live miniature animals including miniature horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, and chickens. Participation in any event involves direct contact with live animals and carries inherent risks.

By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

I acknowledge the inherent risks of interacting with live farm animals, including but not limited to bites, kicks, scratches, allergic reactions, and falls. I accept these risks on behalf of myself and/or any minor in my care.I release Pine Acres Miniature Farm LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in any Pine Acres event. I understand Pine Acres carries general liability insurance.I consent to photos/videos taken during the event being used by Pine Acres Miniature Farm LLC for educational or promotional purposes.
